For over a decade Clifton has designed extensively in NYC and regionally. His latest design credits include Moving Movies (Ballet Arizona), Gloria and Emilio Stefan’s On Your Feet! (National Tour), Bathing in Moonlight and Exquisite Agony written and directed by Pulitzer Prize winner Nilo Cruz (GALA). Only You Can Prevent Wildfires (Ricochette Collective), Popesical The Musical (Fringe NYC); The 20th Century Way (Rattlestick); In Fields Where They Lay (New Ohio); Mr. Landing Takes A Fall (The Flea); The Last Cyclist (West End Theatre); Jesus Hopped The A Train (Atlantic Stage 2); Accidentally, Like a Martyr (Wild Project); We Are All In Paradise (NYU); Grace McLean Live In Concert (Ars Nova); Clifton is an adjunct faculty member at Western Connecticut State University. Clifton has served as associate to John McDermott for over a decade, working on numerous BEDLAM productions.
